(2) This shall be without prejudice to the provisions contained in the General Act on Equal Treatment. (1) The present Act shall apply to the remuneration of employees pursuant to Section 5 subsection 2, who are employed with employers pursuant to Section 5 subsection 3, unless otherwise provided in the present Act.
